At Elrod & Dunham Dentistry, payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, and Discover Card. For patients with no insurance, we offer a 5% discount at the time of service. Payment must be made by cash or check.
For patients 65 years and above with no insurance, we offer a 10% discount. Payment must be made by cash or check.

Insurance
Deductibles and estimated co-payments are due at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients, we will complete and file insurance forms. (Insurance coverage is a contract between the insurance company and you or your employer. We have no control over this relationship). We recommend that you verify coverage with your insurance company.
